Q: How are your products printed and fulfilled?

A: All framed canvases, mugs, and plain canvas prints are produced through MerchOne. All items are printed on demand, so expect each order to be made uniquely for you.

Q: How long does production take?

A: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary by destination (UK, Spain, EU). For absolute accuracy, we list current lead times at checkout.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship throughout Spain, the UK, and most of the European Union. Please check the checkout region list for availability.

Q: Do you offer calculated or flat-rate shipping?

A: We provide flat-rate shipping across each region, which takes into account both production and delivery costs. For multi-item orders, shipping fees may increase slightly per item to ensure coverage.

A: While rare, if an item arrives flawed, please contact us. We’ll coordinate with MerchOne or Printful to resolve it—either with a replacement or refund.

A: Since every product is printed on demand, we typically cannot accept returns for non-defective prints unless there’s a real issue. We recommend checking dimensions and design carefully before ordering. For actual defects or mistakes, we’ll assist promptly.

Q: Do you have copyright permission for your designs?

A: Absolutely. All artwork is original, created by Jorge Caballero, or used with proper licensing. Each design is submitted with full compliance to copyright laws.
